How do I register?
HOSA Advisors will register their students using the www.hosa.org system. Login as a local advisor and register your students for the conference.
Registration is open now through November 20, 2017.
How much does it cost?
$20 per HOSA Member for the first Experience Conference
$5 for each additional Experience conference attended by HOSA members
$30 for Health Science Students (not HOSA members)
What time do I need to arrive?
Registration will be from 8:30am-8:55am. As advisors pick up the chapter packets at the registration table, students may find seats in the auditorium. Each student will receive a name tag and schedule. Our welcome session will begin at 9:00am with the State HOSA Officers.

How will students select workshops?
Students will receive an email link after they have registered for the conference by the chapter advisor. They will use the link to register for individual breakout sessions.
How will my students know which sessions to attend?
A student schedule will be shared with students upon arrival.
What should our students wear?
We ask that your students present themselves professionally in business casual. They will be participating in hands-on activities in each session so we ask as health professionals students wear slacks rather than skirts to fully participate in all activities.
What about lunch?
A hot lunch is included in registration. Students can identify special dietary requirements on the google form used for workshop registration.

How should we make our registration payment?
Refer to your invoice which can be printed from hosa.org or contact Kori to have another invoice emailed to you. Please send your checks to Nebraska HOSA:
